Work Experience

SBL and our staff have been in the industry since the 1990s. Listed and shown below are examples and descriptions of the types of projects that our staff have been involved with at SBL or previously with other firms. 

SBL has an extensive background with commercial projects.  We have completed dozens of commercial projects large and small over our ten years, some easy and some no so easy, but we work with our clients and municipal jurisdictions to get the job done.

SBL has worked on a variety of residential projects including residential subdivisions.  We have completed several custom home ground-up projects as well as remodels and site improvements for larger lots with amenities. 

SBL can provide engineering services for multi-family products and projects.  Our staff has experience working with townhome and condominiums as well as apartments and mixed use projects.

SBL has a history of developing engineering plans for public and charter schools.  In the past we have done plans for all new large campuses and retrofitting of existing building converted to education facilties.

SBL's industrial experience is varied. We have worked on large manufacturing and distribution facilities and quite a few self-storage and open lot RV & boat storage.  

At SBL no job is too small, we have completed numerous one-off utility plans in order to get businesses open. Examples of this type of plan are Fire Line plans, private sewer extensions, minor grading and drainage improvements.
